To the extent that it is relevant to the subject matter on which we are instructed such information may include but is not limited to, your financial details, including your National Insurance number, employment status, tax details, business details, pension arrangements, banking details and details of your assets and liabilities.

We may collect information with your consent from third parties acting on your behalf including from your accountant, financial advisor, legal representative, bank or building society or other financial institution, recruitment consultant and your employer.

- 2.6. if you provide us with personal information about someone else, you are responsible for ensuring that you comply with any obligations under applicable data protection laws in relation to such disclosure. 3. Uses Made of Information
