We are delighted to have retained our Investors in People Gold accreditation at our latest review.
We were first accredited with the Investors in People Silver standard in July 2012 and were further awarded with the Gold accolade in July 2015.
The review ensures we are continuing our commitment to the Investors in People framework and still meet the required standards. The review itself involved Investors in People initially issuing questionnaires to staff and was followed by a comprehensive 2 day assessment where staff were interviewed by the assessor. We hope to continue building on our commitment to the framework.
Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Gold is one of the highest levels of Investors in People accreditation that can be achieved.
