We understand that there is a lot of uncertainty and worry at the moment about the potential impact of the COVID-19 outbreak.
Whilst these are unique events that create considerable challenges that we are all now facing, as individuals and also as a community, we wish to reassure all of our clients that we are continuing as normal (in the circumstances) and our team remain committed to continuing to provide the levels of service you expect from Qubic Group.
Our main concern continues to be the health and wellbeing of our team and their families, our clients, our business partners and the local communities. All measures advised by the UK Government are being followed by Qubic Group in order to assist in preventing the spread of the virus.
In response to the Government guidance, please note:
- Qubic offices will remain open during our normal hours of 9am to 5pm. Where possible, we are also now operating a ‘work from home’ facility for team members. All members of staff utilising this facility will only use secure IT systems.
- Qubic phone lines and emails remain open and we will continue to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
- Telephone conferences and written work will be dealt with as normal. Face-to-face meetings and video conferences may be possible. You will be contacted prior to any arranged meetings to discuss the best route forwards.
